  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • After 5:00 PM: Answering service call response within 24/hrs

  • Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Call response within 48/hrs

Commercial Service Rates:

  • Single Technician: $85 / hour

  • 2–3 Technicians (large projects): $150 / hour

Service Includes:

  • Commercial access control service

  • Diagnostic and repair work

  • System upgrades and additions

* All monitoring pricing is monthly and does not include equipment, installation, or applicable taxes and fees.

* A 36-month monitoring agreement is required to receive published rates. Month-to-month options available at higher rates.

* Equipment and installation pricing varies based on property size, system configuration, and on-site assessment. All quotes are custom and finalized after an evaluation.

* Total Connect 2.0 is a registered trademark of Honeywell / Resideo Technologies. Available only with Smart Security and Smart Home monitoring plans.

* Video services require a Smart Security or Smart Home monitoring package and compatible equipment. Cloud storage retention varies by plan.

* Service rates apply to standard business hours. After-hours, weekend, and emergency service calls may incur additional charges.

* Insurance savings estimates are based on industry averages and vary by provider, policy type, and location. Consult your insurance carrier for exact discount eligibility.

* EMI Security reserves the right to update pricing, package contents, and service terms at any time. Customers will be notified ahead of any changes affecting active accounts.

* All systems require active monitoring service for full functionality. Cellular signaling requires an active cellular communicator and may be subject to network availability.
